How do I order?

To place an order, click the "Buy Parts Online" link on the right side of our web page. It is also possible to order by phone. Call 1-800-321-2311 toll free, or locally 216-432-1800, or select "Order by Phone" to find the contact information for a specific sales representative. You may also send your order via toll-free fax 1-800-249-1855 or local fax 216-432-2786. To expedite your order by phone, please have the following information available: the VE or manufacturer's part, quantity that you are ordering, and your Vendors Exchange customer number.

What are your payment terms?

A minimum purchase of $25 is required on all Vendors Exchange orders. Payment methods accepted include: COD, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. You may also apply for an open account using the credit approval application located near the end of our catalog, and include the completed form with your mailed or faxed order.

Vendors Global Solutions is open Monday through Thursday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

What is your return policy?

Prior to return of any part, you must contact a VE Global representative and request authorization for the return. Following authorization, please include the original invoice number along with the returned part. Please note that specialty orders and electrical items are non-returnable. All returns are subject to inspection, and a 15% per item restocking fee applies.
